Although I'm trying to ignore the fact that I could always use my second machine for piecing if I get desperate.mjbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07270657379178402124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-46075302427884261892011-07-29T09:09:39.606-07:002011-07-29T09:09:39.606-07:00You’ve inspired me to make a list of all of my pro...You’ve inspired me to make a list of all of my projects, which immediately freaked me out because I had over 10!! right now. I didn’t know that, I like to have a small number of WIP at a time going on. Anyways, thanks for the shot in the arm. I’ve been on a fabric buying spree recently, and those new purchases want to be used, but I need to finish what I’ve started :)Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03789898198426548526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-40191683444546297572011-07-28T18:23:15.125-07:002011-07-28T18:23:15.125-07:00Oh I so agree. I felt like...Ah yes, I can understand that feeling! I felt like that last week - too many WIPs plus a mounting pile of fabric already designated for projects! I just had to get something out of the way by either finishing or ripping it out (in the case of my knitting). I have finished a knitted blanket (40" x 70") which I have posted on my blog; and have two projects on the floor beside me waiting to be ripped later today! (I can do that when I'm reading blogs but not while I'm typing!) I feel so much better now! Hope you feel less claustrophobic soon!Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07760744006915967397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-68083313884177377022011-07-28T16:56:51.294-07:002011-07-28T16:56:51.294-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Lynnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07760744006915967397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-46398147124943289042011-07-28T13:28:09.990-07:002011-07-28T13:28:09.990-07:00I've got the fever at the moment too. I keep feeling bogged down by all the projects I want to make and don't have time for, and all the projects I have started and want to finish, but I feel desperate to start the new things! I've been thinking a bit about just letting myself do what I feel like when I have time to sew, but of course the WIP pile weighs on my mind. Well said, and I hope the "clean up" is going well!Nataliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17655605999354177572noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-60855289868523708022011-07-28T11:24:49.740-07:002011-07-28T11:24:49.740-07:00I get exactly the same feeling!I get exactly the same feeling!Mandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13424230622135575112noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-26720909981236536062011-07-28T11:13:57.655-07:002011-07-28T11:13:57.655-07:00I know the feeling!! I just finished up a project and some bee blocks and need to clean and re-group before I can continue on with my one remaining WIP. You've inspired me and I'm looking forward to a good clean up this weekend.Mollyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14559827964109050348noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2786121707879366131.post-48058131193376924002011-07-28T10:22:03.241-07:002011-07-28T10:22:03.241-07:00I am so completely feeling this right now! I feel so much calmer and more creative when my sewing space is free of unfinished projects and things needing attention that I don't necessarily want to give them. I can't wait to see all of your finished quilts and your beginnings of new ones!Tonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11191281100632912351noreply@blogger.com
